Prizes
All the teams will be awarded by cup, diploma and personal certificates, all the players of the three winning teams will be awarded by medals, too. In addition best individuals will be honoured: best player, best goal scorer, best keeper, best defender, best midfielder and best forward as well. Also best coach and best referee will be remunerated. Based on spectators´ voting, best Czech player will be awarded with special sponsored prize. The Fair Play prize (for the team) will be given, too. The cup gained by a winning team is not a challenge trophy – it remains to the club forever.The tournament rules
- players born on 1st January 2007 and younger are allowed, ID cards or passports required;
- age control of the players takes place during the arrival day, no player will be allowed to play without submitting his document;
- players are eligible to play only while insured which is a responsibility of the team;
- laws of the game applied;
- list of players: shall include 18 players as a maximum, the application form containing the first name, surname, the date of birth and the personal shirt number of every player, must be filled in and submitted to the tournament administration a day before the tournament at the latest;
- official opening ceremony: on Friday 16th June 2023 at 13:00 hrs. during a break between morning and afternoon playing schedule, participation obliged for all teams involved;
- playing time: 2 x 15 minutes, final match and 3rd place match: 2 x 20 minutes, the allowance for time lost is at the discretion of the referee, additional time, if any, will be announced through information board, half-time break always 5 minutes;
- replacement: up to a maximum of five substitutes within three replacement periods (replacement during half-time is not involved) may be used, player who was replaced cannot return on the pitch;
- penalty kicks procedure at play-off: penalty series includes 3 kicks for both teams, penalty kicks must be only taken by the players who have been in line-up at the time of final whistle;
- match balls: Puma, size Nr. 5;
- each team is obliged to be in a possession of the set of one´s own balls for training or warm-up purposes, the balls will be inflated, if required;
- players´ equipment required: two sets of outfits (distinct colours), football boots both for lawn and artificial surface, shin guards;
- in case of any colours confusion, home team (stated as 1st one in playing scheme) has to change its colours;
- disciplinary measures: red card, respectively two yellow cards shown by referee in a match will cause the player will be sent off and automatically suspended for a next game;
- tournament organizing committee acting on ad hoc basis is an only responsible body in case of any kind of misunderstanding, doubts or complaints;
- in case of act of God or under influence of any other unexpected circumstances the organizers reserve the right to make changes in the tournament schedule;
- official closing ceremony with announcement of results and awarding teams playing for 9th to 16th place will be held on Sunday 18th June 2023 during a break between morning and afternoon playing schedule, all teams involved are obliged to participate;
- official closing ceremony with announcement of results and awarding teams playing for 1st to 8th place will be held on Sunday 18th June 2023 immediately after last game final whistle, all teams involved are obliged to participate.
Before tournament the participating teams are obliged
- to announce the colours of both sets of outfits;
- to add actual photo of the team which shall take part in the tournament + logo of the club + club´s anthem or song (by post, by mail);
- to keep some promotional items (pennants, badges, etc.) at disposal because of mutual exchange prior to matches, as a minimum nine sets of this kind is needed.
Administrative measures
- each delegation shall involve 22 persons (18 players + 4 persons of technical staff), hotel services include lodging and half board;
- official meeting of the teams´ representatives will be held in of TOP Hotel Praha on the eve of the tournament – on Thursday 15th June 2023 at 20:00 hrs.;
- first aid: the tournament will be covered completely by medical assistance at the pitches, with ambulance car available, in addition the nearest hospital will be informed about the event;
- refreshment in a sports facility: each team (22 persons) will be supplied free of charge by a lunch and mineral water (as needed) in all of the playing days, moreover all semi-finalists receive additional refreshment Sunday afternoon, other snacks provided by refreshment stands remain at the expense of the respective teams, technical staff members will be provided with VIP service;
- referees: will be nominated by Czech FA in cooperation with Referee Abroad, provided with refreshment (VIP service) and remunerated by organizers;
- each team is responsible for security of its players in a sports facility as well as for safeguarding of their personal things.
